1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Flashback Photobooth's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Partnership Terms

For venue partners (cafes, restaurants, malls, etc.):

• Installation: Flashback Photobooth provides and installs the photo booth equipment at no cost to the partner venue.
• Space Requirements: Partner venues agree to provide approximately 6' x 4' of floor space with access to a standard electrical outlet.
• Duration: Standard partnership agreements run for 6 to 11 months minimum.
• Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice if the partnership is not working as expected.
• Branding: Photo strips will feature the venue's logo and branding as agreed upon during setup.

3. Photo Booth Usage

For guests using our photo booths:

• Photo strips are priced at ₹200-300 depending on the location.
• By using the booth, users consent to having their photos taken and processed.
• Users receive digital copies and/or printed strips of their photos.
• Photos may be used for social media sharing with the venue's branding.
• Flashback Photobooth reserves the right to use anonymized photos for marketing purposes.

4. Equipment and Maintenance

Flashback Photobooth owns and maintains all equipment. We provide a dedicated staff member to operate the booth during business hours. We handle all maintenance, repairs, paper restocking, and technical support. Partner venues are not responsible for equipment upkeep or any associated costs.

5. Revenue and Costs

Flashback Photobooth retains all revenue from photo sales. Partner venues incur zero cost for booth installation, operation, or maintenance. Electricity costs are reimbursed based on meter readings from our booth's electricity meter.

6. Liability

Flashback Photobooth assumes responsibility for:

• Equipment malfunction or breakdown
• Any damage caused by the booth equipment to the venue (reasonable wear and tear excluded)
• Staff conduct and operations during booth hours

Partner venues are responsible for providing a safe, accessible location for the booth and ensuring guests use the equipment appropriately.

7. Intellectual Property

The Flashback Photobooth name, logo, and all related branding are our intellectual property. Partner venue branding on photo strips is used with permission and remains the property of the respective venue.

8. Eligibility Criteria

Not all venues qualify for a Flashback booth. We evaluate potential partners based on location, footfall, venue type, and overall fit with our brand. We reserve the right to decline partnership requests at our discretion.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to existing partners and posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
