No Refunds
At Flashback Photobooth, all purchases are final. Once a transaction is completed, whether for photo strips, digital downloads, or any other service, the payment is non-refundable.

Instant Delivery
Photo strips are printed and delivered immediately after your photo session.
Digital Products
Digital copies are provided instantly via QR code or direct download.
Personalized Service
Each photo session is unique and customized to the moment.
Consumable Resources
Photo paper, ink, and operational costs are incurred at the time of service.
What this covers
When we might help
In rare circumstances, we may provide a replacement or re-take (not a refund) if:
Our equipment malfunctions and you do not receive your photos.
Printed photos are significantly damaged or unreadable due to printer malfunction.
Such cases are handled on-site by our booth operator who will offer a free re-take.
We encourage all customers to review sample photos displayed at the booth and ask our booth operator any questions before making a purchase. Our staff is happy to explain the process, show you examples, and ensure you understand what you will receive.
